Multi-Factor Authentication on the RAM Tool

To help protect your RAM Tool account against fraud, we have enabled Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) on all user accounts.

 

To log in with MFA:

  1. Navigate to the Login page in your browser.


  2. Enter your username and password and click "Login".

  3. You will be then prompted to enter your PIN. This is sent to you by email, as shown circled in red below:

  4. Enter the PIN into the text entry box provided and click "Verify PIN".

  5. Provided you have entered the correct PIN, you will now be logged into the RAM Tool.

 

  The PIN is only valid for a limited time. If the PIN has expired before you have had chance to enter it, click "Generate PIN" and a new PIN will be emailed to you. If you are still unable to log in, please contact our Support Team for assistance.

  If the following dialogue box appears in your browser after you have entered your MFA PIN, do not save.
