Troubleshooting: No charging icon displayed


If you have connected your device to power and the icon that indicates charging is not displayed in the top-right of the screen, please follow the steps below to resolve:

  1. Please ensure the device is turned off.
  2. Remove and re-insert the battery by following the steps outlined here.
  3. Turn the device on.
  4. If the battery inserted correctly, an icon of a battery with a lightning bolt symbol will be displayed in the top-right of the screen while charging.
