What's in the box?
Before starting to use your terminal, it is recommended that you take a few moments to check the contents of the box. Your POS package should include the following:
- Ingenico payment device
- Charging cradle
- Power supply
- Thermal paper roll x2 (Till roll) – Click here to order receipt rolls
- Terminal user guide
If you intend to use a mobile data connection, please install the SIM card before proceeding.

Connect the enclosed charging cable to the left side of the device. Let the device charge for at least 4 hours before you continue.

Press and hold the green button on the keypad for at least 2 seconds to turn on the device. The power up process will take approximately 1 minute to complete.

Once the device has turned on, you will be presented with this page.

You will need to ensure the device is connected to the internet via Wi-Fi or a 4G data connection.

If your device is unable to connect to 4G, please ensure your device is in an area with sufficient coverage. If you are continuing to have problems, please contact our Support Team for assistance.

Once the device is connected to the internet, it is ready for use.
