Testing with Adobe Commerce

  Last updated:

Magento Commerce is now Adobe Commerce

The Trust Payments extension will continue to support both Magento Open Source and Adobe Commerce environments going forward. In our documentation, we will refer to this extension exclusively using the Adobe Commerce branding, but all instructions also apply when integrating using Magento Open Source.

Unfortunately, the product documented here is currently only available in English.

It is highly recommended that you test your store before processing live transactions.

Payment Pages test

Follow the steps below to test your Payment Pages integration:

  1. Add an item(s) to your cart and proceed to checkout.

  3. If the extension has been configured correctly, the Payment Pages option will appear as a method of payment in your store (name and description dependent on your configuration settings).

  4. Select the Payment Pages option and confirm your order by clicking "Place Order".

  5. You will now be redirected to the Payment Pages. By default, this will be shown in an iframe within your Adobe Commerce store. Enter test card details (click here for a full list) and click "Pay Securely" when done.

If you have set "Iframe" to “No” in your configuration, the browser will be redirected to pages hosted by Trust Payments, rather than the aforementioned pages being rendered inside on iframe on your Adobe Commerce store checkout.

  6. Providing the test card details you entered were for an authorised response, you will be shown a success message. If you entered declining test card details, an error message will be shown, and you will be allowed to try different payment details.
