Cron settings for Adobe Commerce

Magento Commerce is now Adobe Commerce

The Trust Payments extension will continue to support both Magento Open Source and Adobe Commerce environments going forward. In our documentation, we will refer to this extension exclusively using the Adobe Commerce branding, but all instructions also apply when integrating using Magento Open Source.

How to access

Sign in to your Store Admin.
On the Admin Sidebar, click the Trust Payments logo.
Navigate to Stores > Configuration.
On the next page, navigate to Sales > Payment Methods.
On the next page, expand the "OTHER PAYMENT METHODS" section, click the "Configure" button next to the Trust Payments extension, then either "Trust Payments API" or "Payment Pages".
Click "Cron Settings".

To cancel and clear unpaid orders, you can set the cron job time using the “Interval Time Cancel Order” feature. The format is HH:MM:SS.
