SoftPOS
If you need to change your login password, contact our Support Team for assistance.
SmartPOS
- Tap Settings on main screen
- Enter Manager Passcode, tap
- Tap Change Passcode
- Enter existing passcode, tap
- Enter new passcode, tap
- Re-enter new passcode, tap
If you have forgotten your passcode, contact our Support Team for assistance.
POS
- Tap Menu icon onscreen, scroll down and select the User Settings option
- Scroll down and select Manager Password
- Select Change Password
- Enter Current Manager Password, press
- Enter New Manager Password, press
- Re-enter New Manager Password, press
