How do I reset my Portal password?

We provide a utility to recover forgotten passwords.


  Required user roles

  How to access

When prompted for your password, click “Forgot password?“.

  You cannot reset your password if your account has been locked.

  1. Once you have clicked the "Forgot password?" button, click the “Send me an email” button.

    You will now receive an email that provides instructions on how to reset your password. It will be sent from “no-reply@trustpayments.com” with subject “Account password reset”.

      Once requested, you should receive the email promptly. If you haven’t received it within a few minutes, ensure you have checked your junk email folder.

      From requesting the email, you will have 60 minutes to complete the instructions before the session expires. Don’t worry if you miss this cut-off, as you can resend another email if needed.



  2. In the password reset email, click “Reset Password“. You will be taken to a secure web page where you can enter a new password for your account.



  3. If successful, the browser window will display a message on the page to confirm this.

 

You can now proceed to sign in with your new password.
