Testing Soft declines

Follow the instructions below to process a test transaction that simulates the card issuer declining the payment due to an absence of Strong Customer Authentication (SCA), known as a Soft decline:

Process a transaction that is NOT authenticated with 3-D Secure, with mainamount 65.65 (or baseamount 6565) to our testing environment (using your test sitereference), and you will be returned errorcode 71000, indicating Soft decline.
