Introduction to MyST users

When you sign up with Trust Payments, you will be provided with a MyST user account, assigned the “Site admin” User Role, which you will need to access MyST. Because the “Site admin” role has access to all features MyST has to offer, it is best practice to create sub-user accounts for each individual that requires access to your account. Each user can be assigned a role that suits them best, providing them with access to only the features they need. There is no limit to the number of users you can create and there is a variety of user roles to choose from.
