- The terminal is switched ON by pressing and holding the green button for at least 2 seconds.
- Hold the green button until the terminal starts to power up. This process can take up to approximately one minute.
- The terminal is switched OFF again by pressing the button on the keypad, and then selecting "Shutdown".
Before you turn on the payment terminal, ensure that the battery is charged, OR the power adapter is connected.
If the terminal has not turned on within 30 seconds of connecting to a power supply, please restart from step 1 or contact our Support Team for assistance.
