When processing Dynamic Currency Conversion (DCC) transactions, you must always ensure receipts are printed and provided to your customers.
Castles VEGA and Ingenico devices
- Tap Quick Menu
icon onscreen.
- Select Reprint; the previous receipt will issue from printer.
Castles Saturn 1000
- Tap Supervisor on main screen
- Tap Reprint merchant copy or Reprint cardholder copy; the previous receipt will be issued from the printer.
