If you have received your monthly invoice and would like to view a full breakdown of charges, there are two methods for viewing more details using RAM Tool.
Generate "Daily Funding" report
- At the top of the screen, select the MID indicated on your invoice.
- Navigate to "Reports" > "Funding" > "Daily Funding".
- Select the "Fee Collect" account.
- Use the date fields to select the date range covered by the invoice.
- Click "Search".
This report categorizes all fees and provides an itemised list with totals for each category. The "Actual Payment" should match the total indicated on the invoice for a selected MID. All manual adjustments are displayed too. Click a fee category to view further details.
Generate "Multi-Currency Account" statement
- At the top of the screen, select the MID indicated on your invoice.
- Navigate to "Reports" >"Funding" > "Account Statement View".
- Select the month you would like to view from the drop-down menu.
- Click "Search".
While more detailed than the "Daily Funding" report, a disadvantage is that the total shown on the report will not match the total on the invoice, because of how the fees are calculated. To reconcile the report total against the invoice, you will need to add the following fees together:
- Service Charges - Fees that are applied per transaction.
- Other Fees and Charges - Consolidated Auth Fees, Wire Fees, PCI Fees, Other Card Scheme fees, Cross-border fees, Domestic/Inter Fees, etc.
- Manual Adjustments - Fees applied by manual adjustments.
