Sending a digital receipt as part of the transaction

Immediately after the customer has completed a transaction they will be displayed the following confirmation screen. At this moment, they can either scan the QR code with their own smartphone to view the receipt or alternatively tap “Send the receipt by email” and enter their email address to have the receipt emailed to them.

  These options are only available if enabled in the app settings. If you processed a transaction while the preferred method of sending the receipt was disabled, you can go to the app settings to enable the functionality and then send a receipt manually afterwards by following the steps below.
