- Insert the power supply provided into the terminal and use this to connect the device into a nearby electrical outlet.
- Once a successful power connection has been established, the terminal will turn on automatically within 30 seconds.
- To restart the terminal, press the button on the keypad, and then select "Restart".
- To turn the terminal off, simply unplug the device from the power supply.
The Ingenico Desk 5000 does not contain a battery and must be connected to a power supply using the enclosed cable at all times to function.
