How to check your site’s default auth method

To view the default Auth method settings on your site, start by signing in to Portal:

  These steps can only be followed by users who have been assigned a role that allows them to view site information. Click here for a full list of Portal user roles and their permissions.

 

  1. Click “Sites” from the side-bar.

  2. Then click your site reference in the table.

  3. You will be presented with the “Site details” page. From here, click “Site settings“.

The site’s default auth method is displayed in the “Site settings” section:

  The default auth method used by your site reference can be switched between “PRE” and “FINAL”, by contacting our Support team and requesting the change.
