A chargeback is when a customer disputes a credit card or debit card purchase and requests their bank or credit card company reverse the charge.
To view chargebacks in RAM Tool:
- On OmniPay RAM, navigate to Chargebacks > Case List
- Input your MID number into the search box directly under the navigation panel and click Change.
- Use the search options to narrow down your options should you wish to
- Once you’ve clicked on the Search button, all the Chargebacks will appear according to search criteria given
