Account Setup
You will receive an email when your SFTP account is created with a link to complete the setup process. Select “Click here to set up your account” to continue.
The link will remain active 72 hours. If the link has expired, contact us and we can resend the email.
When logging in to your account for the first time, you will need to set your password, after which you will be prompted to log in with this new password.
Password policy
Your SFTP password must adhere to the following requirements:
- Must be at least 8 characters in length.
- Must contain at least one UPPERCASE letter: A-Z
- Must contain at least one lowercase letter: a-z
- Must contain at least one number: 0-9
Logging in
The SFTP Workspace can be accessed at:
https://sftp.trustpayments.com/workspace
Enter your username and password, then select "Login".
