This pie chart is used to show the proportion of income from transactions per hotel during the selected timeframe. Larger slices contribute a larger percentage of your revenue and smaller slices contribute less.

Transaction Summary

These charts show the latest transaction data for hotels in your chain and also regional averages across the sector. For transactions processed within the timeframe selected at the top of the page, Trust Payments calculates revenue and transaction counts.

  • For hotels in your chain, this data is displayed per hotel.
  • For all hotels, Trust Payments calculates the average transaction count and amounts per region.

Start by selecting one of the following options from the first drop-down:

Merchant Overview

On the right, a map of the UK is shown, with the regions generating the highest income for your hotel chain during the selected timeframe highlighted in deeper shades of green and regions generating the lowest income highlighted in deeper shades of red. (Regions on the map are identified based on the locations of the hotels, not the home addresses of visitors)

Merchant vs Regional Comparison

These charts allow you to directly compare transaction revenue and counts processed for your hotels against regional averages across the sector during the timeframe selected at the top of the page. Using the radio buttons displayed, choose from the following options:

Transaction Amount Number of transactions PAN Avg Transaction Amount

gi-overview-4.png

For the selected timeframe, the table on the left displays the amount processed for each of your hotels, the average amount processed for all hotels in the same UK region and the proportional difference between the two values, shown as a percentage. A positive percentage indicates the hotel is out-performing other hotels in the region and a negative percentage indicates the hotel is under-performing. For each column, the strongest values are shown in green and the weakest values are shown in red.
