Introduction to Portal access groups

  Last updated:

  Unfortunately, the product documented here is currently only available in English.

An Access Group is a collection of related site references that have been grouped together. Admins can assign these groupings to their users, allowing them to assign a large number of site references in a single step. Site references can be added/removed from an Access Group at a later time, automatically updating the access from all assigned users.

Each user can be directly assigned either:

  • One or more specific site references, OR;
  • One or more Access Groups (which contain multiple site references).

  When allocated an access group, users will also have access to any Trust Payments Merchant Id(s) (MID) associated with site references included in the aforementioned access group.
