Keeping track of harm scores

  Viewing PROBH info in Portal

Records of all ProbH checks performed can be viewed in Portal.

Each PROBH request is assigned a unique transactionreference. If you already have this, you can enter the transactionreference into the global search box at the top of the page and submit to be taken directly to a page showing information about the request.

If you do not have this reference, or would simply like to view a list of PROBH requests, you can use the transaction search page by following the steps below:

  1. Select “Transactions” from the side-bar.

  2. Select your sitereference and use the date/time fields to select a range for the search.

  3. Select the "Advanced" button and expand the "Filters" drop-down on the left.

  4. Expand the "Transaction Filters" drop-down and select "Request Type Description". From here, select "PROBH" and then select "Apply".

  5. Now you can select "Search".

ProbH records can be assigned three possible statuses, as shown in the "Status" column in the search results table:

  • Score - Harm score was successfully generated using recent data and returned in the response. The score is between 0.000 and 1.000.
  • No Score - There is no indication for gambling harm looking at the Trust Payments gambling merchants and debt restructuring agencies data over the last year.
  • Error - The PROBH request failed and no harm score could be returned as a result.

You can select a reference under the Reference column for a given record to view further details about the ProbH. You will be presented with a page similar to the below:

As with the statuses shown in the search results table, the top of the details page is colour-coded depending on the outcome of the ProbH request.

You can view the Score of harm and Forecast fields in the "Harm detection" panel.

  ProbH and the Rule Manager

Using our Rule Manager, you can create rules that automatically notify you of transactions processed on your account. These notifications can be configured to also include the harm score.

If you have enabled URL notification rules in the Rule Manager, you can edit the Action and add the field harmscore.

You can also configure email notifications that include the harmscore to be sent when transactions are processed on your site references. Please contact our Support Team for assistance in setting Merchant email rules.

If you would only like to receive these notifications if the harm score exceeds a certain threshold, please contact our Support Team for assistance.
