If you have forgotten your password to the SoftPOS app and need to reset, please follow the instructions below:
Tap "Forgot password?" from the SoftPOS app sign in page.
After entering the email address associated with your account, Trust Payments will send a password reset email with recovery instructions.
In the email received, tap the "Reset your password" link. This will open a new page in your browser.This link is valid for 2 hours. If the link has expired, return to the sign in page and tap "Forgot password?" to request a new one.
You will prompted to enter a new password and confirm by entering a second time. Once you have completed these steps, you can return to the SoftPOS app and sign in with your new password.
