Portal is a new web interface we are rolling out to our merchants to better help manage their Trust Payments accounts. For merchants integrated with our TRU Connect gateway, Portal will eventually replace MyST for site, user and transaction management, and MyST will eventually be phased out.

To help better organise users and perform bulk actions, admins can assign their users to a number of "Access groups".

Transaction details can now be shown in your local timezone rather than UTC.
New date-picker when performing searches allows for faster and easier searches.
COMING SOON New users will have the option to take a walkthrough of different pages, to learn the new interface and how to perform key functions.
Improved search result tables, where columns can be rearranged, frozen in place while scrolling or hidden entirely, without needing to reload the page.
As part of the improved onboarding process, every new Portal user is walked through the process of setting up their account and multi-factor authentication.
CSV and XLS downloads of transaction history and other reports can now be downloaded in the background, so you can continue to use Portal while you wait.
All users must now use multi-factor authentication (MFA). To ease this transition, we've made it easier to sign in with MFA without compromising on security.
We now allow multiple admin users to share management of the same site(s) and users.
Portal allows you to access acquiring functions from the same interface, without also needing to sign into the RAM Tool.
We now have a new dedicated page that is designed to quickly display only chargebacks.
You will now be notified before your user session times out. This makes it far less likely for you to be signed out while still using the site.
Why are we moving away from MyST?
First launched in 2012, the current MyST platform as we know it today is relied upon by thousands of daily users for viewing and managing their transactions. Our customers have found it to be an invaluable tool for managing their Trust Payments gateway services. As we look ahead to the future, it is now time to lay the foundations for a new platform that will allow us to introduce more advanced features that weren't previously possible, giving merchants greater control and delivering an improved user experience.
