Coming from MyST?

Portal is a new web application we are rolling out to our merchants to better help manage their Trust Payments accounts.

To ensure all of our customers can benefit from new features and security updates, all MyST users will eventually be enrolled on the new Portal platform, starting July 2024.

When it is time for your business to be enrolled, we will contact the MyST users using their registered email addresses with a link to sign in for the first time.

Administrators are responsible for activating their MyST users on Portal. This process involves emailing a link to your users that they can follow to sign in to Portal for the first time.
