A depleted battery can degrade the quality of printing. If receipts are being printed with faded ink, re-charge the device's battery and try printing again. If you are still having issues, please contact our Support Team for assistance.
Open the flap at the top of the device to access the receipt compartment.
Insert the paper roll into the compartment, ensuring the end of roll is pointing away from you, as illustrated below:
While lightly holding the end of the paper roll, close the compartment, ensuring a small section of paper is sticking out of the slot.
To ensure receipts can be printed successfully, please ensure the paper roll is oriented as shown below (with the paper feeding from the bottom):
About paper rolls
All of our terminals accept paper rolls of width 57mm and a diameter of 40mm or less.
