Viewing the ProbH Characteristics Table

  Last updated:

The “Probability of Harm” page presents a Characteristics Table that provides an overview of where risk is distributed among your customer base. The table focuses on customers with recent gambling or debt restructuring activity to emphasize recent trends (i.e. only customers with a Forecast = No).

This page is available to gambling / gaming businesses with MCC 7995.

The Characteristics Table conveys a large amount of information in a compact space. Let's walk through the basics using a simplified version.

We divide your customers into 10 segments based on the most recently generated ProbH harm scores, as reflected in the 10 rows of the table.

You can see how many customers are in each segment by looking at the Gambl # column on the left. e.g. 1090 customers here were assigned a harm score between 60% and 70%.

Expanding on this, the Gamb % column represents the size of each segment as a percentage of the overall total. The larger the percentage, the larger the size of the user segment when compared to the other segments.

The columns reflect the individual checks we use to generate ProbH harm scores. For each segment of users (each row), we display the average output value for each check performed.

e.g. The example below shows that when looking at the segment of customers with harm score 50%-60%, the average output value for Num Days is 7.6:
