The Sales history allows you to view a record of transactions processed on the terminal. You can use filters to change the nature of information displayed.
How to access Sales History
Open the mPOS app on your smartphone and select "Sales History" from the app home screen.
Non-Sale requests
By default, the Sales History to show will display transactional data. To change this to view other requests, tap the “Financial” text in the header to access a drop-down menu, and then select “System” to change the view.
This displays non-Sale requests, such as updates to existing transactions, connection tests (AKA handshakes) and subtotals.
To view the receipts for any of the requests displayed, tap a request and then “MERCHANT RECEIPT”.
Filter requests displayed
To make it easier to find and review requests, you can apply filters.
- On Android - Tap the "Filter" button in the top-right of the screen.
- On iOS - Tap the icon in the top-right of the screen.
You will be displayed a list of properties that can be configured to filter the requests shown. You can filter by date the request was processed, amount, reference number, transaction state and transaction type.
