How to reset your password

If you have forgotten your password to the mPOS app and need to reset, please follow the instructions below:

  In the interest of security, you may be prompted to enter the code provided by your two-factor verification app during the password reset process.

  1. Tap "Forgot your password?" from the mPOS app sign in page.


  2. After entering the email address associated with your account, Trust Payments will send a password reset email with recovery instructions.


  3. In the email received, tap the "Reset Password" link. This will open a new page in your browser.

  4. You will prompted to enter a new password and confirm by entering a second time. Tap the "Reset Password" button at the bottom of the page when done.


  5. This will redirect you back to the mPOS app where you can now sign in with your new password.
