Performing a reversal

The following instructions explain how to perform a reversal of the most-recently processed transaction using your Ingenico Link 2500 terminal:

 

Manual payment

  1. Open the mPOS app on your smartphone and tap the   icon found in the upper-left of the app home screen.

  2. Tap "Reverse last transaction" from the menu displayed.

  3. You will be presented with the unique Transaction ID and Total amount of the most-recently processed transaction. Ensure the details displayed are correct and then tap the "Confirm" button at the bottom of the screen to process the reversal.

  4. If successful, the app will display a receipt for the reversal requested.
