Add a new user

  Unfortunately, the product documented here is currently only available in English.

  1. To add a new user, sign in to your Trust Payments MPA Portal and click "Teams" or "Users" from the navigation on the left.

  2. You will be displayed users you can view and manage. Click "New user" in the top right.


  3. Fill out the form provided and click "Save" when done.


New users receive an email inviting them to the platform. After creating their login credentials, they will be asked to accept the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
