Cancel a scheduled or recurring payment

  1. To cancel a scheduled or recurring payment, sign in to your Trust Payments MPA Portal and click "Payments" from the navigation on the left.
  2. Scroll down to Scheduled payments and click "Recurring payment details".
  3. Scroll down and click "Cancel this recurring payment?".
