Forgotten Password

If you have forgotten your login password, you can request recovery from the login page by following these steps:

  1. Navigate to the login page of the Trust Payments MPA Portal in your browser.
  2. Click "Forgot password".

  3. When prompted, enter the email address, username and phone number associated with your Trust Payments MPA user and click "Continue".
  4. You will then be sent a 4-digit one-time password via text message that you will need to enter into the box provided.
  5. Following this, you will be able to set a new password. Once completed, you will be redirected to the login page where you can sign in with your username and new password.
