The device terminal is powered by a battery pack, which requires regular charging for continued operation.
We recommend that you have an adequate number of terminals to support your business hours.
How to charge your device
If you have a charging base

Best practices for charging
- We recommend charging the battery to 100% before you start using the terminal for the day.
- To keep the battery pack healthier for longer, we recommend you do not charge your device using an extension lead with multiple other devices connected. This is because the terminal will draw less power and therefore take longer to charge.
- In addition, charging the device when it has almost no battery power left can have a detrimental impact on the terminal's long-term health. If this is done repeatedly, it can cause the device to drastically lose overall battery capacity.
- To keep your device functioning at its highest efficacy, we recommend keeping your device on the charging base when the terminal is not being used.
