Wi-Fi setup and account activation

  You will need to set up your Wi-Fi connection before entering the activation code for your terminal to be connected.

First-time setup

  1. Once your device is fully charged and turned on for the first time, you will be displayed the screen shown below:

  2. On the next screen displayed, turn on the "Select Wi-Fi" toggle, select the Wi-Fi network you wish to connect to and then tap   in the bottom-right of the screen.

  3. Finally, you will need to enter the activation code that you received from no-reply@ep.trustpayments.com. Once completed, you are now ready to process payments.

Change to a different Wi-Fi network

If you need to change your device to connect to a different Wi-Fi network at a later time, please follow the steps below:

  1. Tap "Settings".
  2. Tap "Configure Device".
  3. Enter your manager password.
  4. Tap "Configure Wi-Fi".
  5. Select "WLAN", enter the Wi-Fi network password and tap   in the bottom-right of the screen to return to the home screen.
