How do I arrange to a return a device that is no longer required?

If you need to return a terminal because you are cancelling your service, please provide the following details to our Support Team and arrange for collection using this link.

  • Full address for collection
  • Contact name
  • Contact phone number and email
  • Quantity of devices to be collected
  • S/N of all devices
