Reset Tap to Pay password

  Unfortunately, the product documented here is currently only available in English.

If you have forgotten your password to the Tap to Pay by Trust Payments app and need to reset, please follow the instructions below:

 
  1. Tap "Forgot password?" from the sign in page.

  2. After entering the email address associated with your account, Trust Payments will send a password reset email with recovery instructions.


  3. In the email received, tap the "Reset your password" link. This will open a new page in your browser.

      This link is valid for 2 hours. If the link has expired, return to the sign in page and tap "Forgot password?" to request a new one.

  4. You will prompted to enter a new password and confirm by entering a second time. Once you have completed these steps, you can return to the Tap to Pay by Trust Payments app and sign in with your new password.

  1. Tap "Re(set) password" from the sign in page.

  2. Enter the email address associated with your account and tap "Send". Trust Payments will then send a password reset email with recovery instructions.

  3. In the email received, select the "Reset your password" link. This will open a new page in your browser.

      This link is valid for 2 hours. If the link has expired, return to the sign in page and tap "Re(set) password" to request a new one.

  4. Enter your new password and verify by typing it again - then select "Confirm". Once you have completed these steps, you can return to the Tap to Pay app and sign in with your new password.
