If you have forgotten your password to the SoftPOS by Trust Payments app and need to reset, please follow the instructions below:

Tap "Forgot password?" from the sign in page.

After entering the email address associated with your account, Trust Payments will send a password reset email with recovery instructions.

In the email received, tap the "Reset your password" link. This will open a new page in your browser.
This link is valid for 2 hours. If the link has expired, return to the sign in page and tap "Forgot password?" to request a new one.
- You will prompted to enter a new password and confirm by entering a second time. Once you have completed these steps, you can return to the SoftPOS by Trust Payments app and sign in with your new password.
If you are still unable to sign in to your account, please contact our Support Team for assistance.
